On 17 November 2024, the Global Relations Division (GRD) led international lecturers and students from Indonesia, Japan, and Myanmar in a community service project titled “Together for Tomorrow: Community Clean-up” at the Mae Kok Foundation in Chiang Rai. MFU representatives joined hands with children from the Mae Kok Foundation to plant flowers and clean restrooms severely affected by the recent flood. The Mae Kok Foundation, a home for children in the community, has collaborated with MFU in organising cultural activities as part of a co-project between Mae Fah Luang University and MRA Foundation Off Campus International Exchange (OCA), Japan, for many years.

On May 30, 2021, I delivered a lecture on "Selected Issues in Management Accounting and Corporate Governance" as part of the AHIBS Online Global Classroom (OGC), organized by Azman Hashim International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). My session focused on how corporate governance influences accounting practices in Southeast Asia, providing valuable insights for students from multiple institutions.
The AHIBS Online Global Classroom is an initiative by UTM designed to promote internationalization in education by connecting students with global experts. During this session, I was honoured to speak alongside Associate Professor Dr Noriza Mohd Jamal from UTM and Dr Wuri Handayani from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. We shared our expertise with UTM, UGM, and MFU students.
